Order Cancellation
For all order cancellations please contact FSA within 24 hours of placing your order. Any time after this, cancellation will only be available where orders have not yet been processed. Please contact FSA by email at [email protected].
Shipping
The majority of our products at FarmShop Australia will have shipping calculated at the Checkout.
Bulky, heavy or multiple items will have specialist shipping requirements.
The bulky, heavy or multiple items will require a Shipping quote which will be added to your order once quote is confirmed. This may take 48 hours.
The shipping quote may need to be changed after checkout for bulky, heavy or multiple items.

How do I create a new Account?
You have the option to create an account on the checkout page,
when you make your first purchase.
How do I update my Account Details?
Simply login to your account by going to the My Account page and click the edit-account link
I’ve forgotten my password, how do I reset it?
Simply go to the My Account page and click the ‘Lost your password?’ link under the Login button.
Then just add your email address or username and we’ll send you an email with a link to create a new password.
How do I update my details for your Newsletter?
Open any Newsletter sent to you by FarmShop.
Scroll to the bottom of the Newsletter and click the ‘Update Preferences’ link.
How do I unsubscribe from your Newsletter?
Open any Newsletter sent to you by FarmShop.
Scroll to the bottom of the Newsletter and click the ‘Unsubscribe’ link.

We accept Visa Card and MasterCard.
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
We offer EFT as a payment option. Contact [email protected] if you would like the banking details.

Online Payments are processed via Stripe a secure offsite payment gateway.
All Credit Card details are taken and handled by Stripe.
No credit card details are stored on FarmShopAustralia.com
